So how does the Ian’s Gone Outdoors Loyalty Points Work?
As a customer you are awarded points for almost everything you buy across the website. If a product is eligible for loyalty points you will see the amount of points you can earn when you look at the product on our website. So whether you’re buying a package set, you’re just topping up or kitting yourself out with a whole new outfit, you’re earning points every time you see the loyalty points on your products’ page.
How do I start collecting Loyalty Points?
New customers visiting the site and placing their first order can create and any Loyalty Points earned in a transaction will be allocated to their account, which can then be spent at your leisure.
Returning customers who already have an account with us will have their Loyalty Points automatically assigned to that account and do not need to do anything.
When will my Loyalty Points be added?
Loyalty Points are allocated to your account once the order has been processed and is ready for shipping.
How do I redeem my Loyalty Points?
Loyalty Points accumulate in your account and can be redeemed during check-out against almost anything on the site. This means you can either buy little and often or save them up and purchase something really special.
What are they worth?
Almost every product we stock has a points value attached to it. This will tell you how many Loyalty Points you’ll be earning from your purchase. So with 500 points being worth £5.00, you can quickly rack up a formidable chunk of change
What happens if I don’t use my Loyalty Points?
Loyalty Points will remain in your account for 12 months from the date of allocation. Any Loyalty Points still in your account after the 12 months will expire and no longer be valid.
Once Loyalty Points expire you will be unable to use them to purchase from us.
